Jogabilidade

Você controla uma aspirante de pastora que deseja ter um grande rebanho de slimes. Essas criaturas são muito valiosas, devido a sua raridade e à dificuldade de criação. Slimes são criaturas simplistas  incapazes de cuidar de si mesmas. Apesar disso, em grandes números são capazes de consumir outras criaturas e criar mais slimes.

Seu trabalho, como pastora, é cuidar das slimes e aumentar seus números. Para fazer isso, você pode jogar slimes em outras criaturas e chamá-las de voltas para você. Se ignoradas, as slimes morrem de fome. Se não forem capazes de devorar o inimigo sozinhas, elas também morrem de exaustão.

Algumas criaturas podem atacar suas slimes, então você ter cuidado com elas para que isso não aconteça.

Sobre o jogo

Este jogo foi feito para a disciplina de "Introdução ao Desenvolvimento de Jogos Eletrônicos"  na Universidade de São Paulo (USP) em 2019. Ele foi feito em um período de 3 meses, com um grupo de 4 alunos.

Controles

• Teclas "WASD": move a personagem
• Mouse: mira
• Botão Esquerdo do Mouse: carrega e atira slimes. Segurar o botão carrega mais slimes no tiro, que são lançadas quando o botão é solto.
• Botão Direito do Mouse: chama slimes próximas ao ponteiro do mouse. Se a pastora estiver carregando um tiro, apenas cancela a ação.

Be a Slime Shepherd! Make riches! Protect your herd at all cost!

• Consume other creatures to increase your numbers

Gameplay

You control an aspiring shepherd who wants to have a large slime herd. These creatures are pretty valuable, due to their rarity and difficult care. Slimes are simplistic creatures and cannot take care of themselves. However, with numbers, they are able to consume other creatures and create more slimes.

Your job, as a shepherd, is to take care of the slimes and increase their numbers. To do that, you can throw slimes into creatures and call them back to you. If left alone, the slimes will starve and die. If they are not able to take an enemy alone, they will also perish from exhaustion.

Some creatures can attack your slimes, so you must be careful and not let them be attacked.

About the game

This game was made for a "Introduction to Electronic Games Development" class at University of São Paulo (USP) in 2019. It was made in a period of 3 months, with a group of 4 students.

Controls

• "WASD" keys: move the character
• Mouse: aim
• Left Mouse Button: charge and shoot slimes. If held, will charge more slimes into the shot, which will be launched on button release.
• Right Mouse Button: call slimes near mouse pointer. If the shepherd is charging the shot, it will be cancelled instead.
